Our Concierge and Delivery Service Packages are designed specifically for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring that they receive the care and accessibility they need without hassle. We prioritize comfort and convenience, allowing our clients to prepay and book hourly concierge services, or concierge service and delivery packages that include Essential Errands, Pet Errands, Home Management, Technology & Digital Assistance, Bill & Paperwork Support, and Trip & Gift planning.
What are Concierge & Delivery Services?
DogSpeed Express offers prepaid Concierge Service and Delivery Packages designed for Seniors and Individuals with disabilities. Clients can book Concierge Services by the hour, Concierge Services Package, or a Delivery Only Package, which includes a set amount of service hours and local errand pick-up and delivery.
Services and Packages can be arranged by the client in need, a family sponsor, or third-party sponsor.
Hours can be gifted to family or loved ones and never expire so that you can use the hours as needed.
What's all included in Hourly Concierge and Service Delivery Packages?
Hourly Concierge Services include the following services paid by the hour: Essential Errands, Pet Errands, Home Management, Technology & Digital Assistance, Local Pick-up & Delivery, Bill & Paperwork Support, and Gift & Trip Planning.
Concierge Service Packages, include the above highlighted services, in addition to errand runs within a 20 mile radius of client's residence. Selected packages, include: 3 Service Hours, 5 Service Hours, 10 Hours, or 20 Hours.
**The 20 hours package includes 20 concierge service hours, plus 10 free additional local pick-ups & deliveries.
Delivery Only Packages, provide: Local Pick-up and Front Door Delivery ONLY, within a 20 mile radius. Selected delivery only packages include a total of 8 or 10 deliveries.
**For all services and packages, any additional miles outside of the 20 mile radius are billed at a rate of $0.75 per mile.
How does it work? Where do I sign-up?
Services can be requested by the client in need, a family sponsor or third-party sponsor.

2. Fill-out the client's information, along with the needed service/s. Select an Hourly Concierge Service, or select a Concierge Package, or Delivery Package.
3. Review and sign the service agreements and pay for your selected hourly service or package.
4. Easily book your first appointment on the form's calendar.
5. Enjoy convenient and reliable concierge and delivery services!
